MCMS Tuesday Staff Reminders - December 5, 2023

Good Evening MCMS,

I hope you are having a good evening and staying warm.  We were excited to begin our 12 Dress Days until Winter Break today.  The countdown is on and we look forward to being half way done with our school year.  I appreciate the feedback you have shared with me as we look to move into next semester and start planning for the next year.  Keep those great ideas coming my way!

    • Thursday: iReady Math
    • Friday: Make Up Picture Day, Boeing Virtual Field Study for 8th grade, and SGA Meetings
  • Happy Birthday! We wish a very happy birthday to those who celebrate this week!
    • No Birthdays this week
  • iReady Testing: Please look over the emails from Jared for detailed information related to iReady testing.  
  • Student Services: The services for Alissa Charpentier will be help this upcoming weekend.  Here is a link for more information.
  • Substitute Information: Please let Missy and myself know if you have any upcoming absences.  Personal leave will not be approved for the following days: December 20, January 5, and March 28.  Please let me know if you have any questions about absences or upcoming planned leaves.  Thank you for your planning for absences.
  • Facility Needs:  If you have any facility needs, email Eric, Katie, and me.  If you need desks, please let us know today.

Professional Learning- Second Quarter:
Below are the remaining Wednesday Professional Learning dates for the second quarter.  The dates highlighted in yellow will be full faculty.  I will send additional information and reminders.

Good Afternoon MCMS, We hope you had a great day!  The results are back from i-Ready testing and our students showed amazing growth!  Thank you for developing instructional plans that engage and challenge our students to grow.  I would also like to thank you for your work during enrichment time, your individual conferencing and emphasis on math this semester really showed in the results. MCMS Staff Update - May 13 -17, 2024

Good Afternoon MCMS, Happy Mother's Day!  I hope all of our MCMS Mom's have had a great day and enjoyed some much deserved pampering today!  We have made it to the single digits, only NINE more days of school left!  We are excited to kick off our Awards Ceremonies this week, please reach out to Wendy if you have any questions or needs.   We had a fun 8th Grade Dance on Friday night, thank you to all of the staff who worked hard in putting on this great event!  The students enjoyed getting dressed up and having one final dance together before high school. I may have missed something in this update, please reach out if you have any questions about the end of the year events, summer school, summer activities, or anything else.  There is a lot going on and we want you to have the information you need!
